Cannot use objects in goodies 27 (roof accesory object)

I have tried all the latest suggestions to use roof accessories: I uninstalled archicad 27 then I reinstalled it. Before starting archicad, I Installed goodies 27. Started archicad 27. Although the design extra tab/accessories/roof accessories appear correctly on the design menu, the roof accessory object is not loaded.

Regarding your issue, have you loaded the Accessories Library 27?

Yes, I have all these libraries but unfortunately I still can't use the roof accessory.

You don't have the Accessories library loaded.

It is a separate library in the Archicad program folder.
