I’m thinking an IFC export would send the limited instances you are looking to share, and I believe can include limited data. However, I have only sent IFCs to Revit users to incorporate into their model (not to another AC user as you may be looking to do).

Did you try saving the whole project as an Object and resaving in Binary format?
Then try inserting the object on a new project with no library loaded.
Hope this helps.

Again... I didn't try it, but the workflow would be this:
1. Select all your project in 3d > Menu > File > Libraries and Objects > Save Selection as... > Object.
2. Save it to an external folder.
3. Open the Object (Menu > File > Libraries and Objects > Open Object...)
4. Then: Menu > File > Save as...
5. Select an external folder to resave the object
6. A dialog box will show, and you will see a checkbox (near the folder/object name) named "Save in Binary Format". Check it.
7. Create an empty project with no Libraries loaded, except for your resaved binary object.
8. Check if the object appears with the correct textures.
