This time my problem is not actually problem. It's rather"lack of information restlessness syndrome".

i want to move them like "selecting whole in 3D and holding them by the corner and dragging them up"
but with numbers. (in section or from plane).

As i see it, this is some sort of self repeating pattern. Why not creating this as an new pattern-fill? then you can stretch it everywhere.
