Problem with custom Label

I create custom Label wall outface tag by insert Auto text and 2D line as image 01

And make this  to Libraries. When i load "gsm" label to use with wall plan the Text Label is not the right location as i save. No matter i try to change the reference location the label text is not shange,

Please suggest for me please.

Can you try something:

When drawing the source of the custom Label, move both the frame and the text so that the center of the text and the center of the frame and both at the Project Origin. Also, make sure that the Anchor Point of the Text is in the middle and thus also in the Project Origin.

I you save the custom Label then, will it give work properly?

Try to do it so the center point of the Text and the Label is the Project Origin, like I suggested. It can be done very easily and rapidly.

I tried to do it and it worked for me just fine.
