Graphisoftid login not working

Hello, can someone please help with this urgently.

I am not able to login to graphisoftid on my pc which has stopped me from accessing alot of ArchiCAD related things like learn portal, teamwork, etc.

It is very annoying that it says "graphisoftid.graphisoft.com refused to connect"

Its a been a long time with this issue and finally I cant ignore it anymore.

I am posting this from my phone because I couldnt access community on my pc because of login issue.

Can you try a different browser?

Or maybe your firewall is blocking that address?

I have tried many proposed solutions online and in the community forum-

1. Cleared all cookies cached data

2. Tried different browsers

I saw that people had similar issue before ah.

Can you check your host file if there is any graphisoft.com related domain there? It might be the issue.

Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

mac: /etc/hosts
