Hello, can someone please help with this urgently.
I am not able to login to graphisoftID on my pc which has stopped me from accessing alot of Archicad related things like learn portal, teamwork, etc.
It is very annoying that it says "graphisoftid.graphisoft.com refused to connect"
Its a been a long time with this issue and finally I cant ignore it anymore.
I am posting this from my phone because I couldnt access community on my pc because of login issue.
Thanks a lot

Can you try a different browser?
Or maybe your firewall is blocking that address?
Barry.

Hey Barry,
I have tried many proposed solutions online and in the community forum-
1. Cleared all cookies cached data
2. Tried different browsers
I saw that people had similar issue before ah.

Can you check your host file if there is any graphisoft.com related domain there? It might be the issue.
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
mac: /etc/hosts

Hi everyone — I had the same problem on one of our clients computer where Archicad / License Manager couldn’t sign in to Graphisoft ID even though I could log in in the browser and my firewall was reset. (It turned out they had a cracked Archicad installed once, altough they uninstalled it, the problem persisted).
The cause in my case turned out to be a corrupted GSID folder in my Windows user profile:
The folder had DENY permissions set on it (very likely left behind by a cracked Archicad 26 install). Because Archicad/LMT couldn’t write to that folder, it prevented the Graphisoft ID login from working inside the apps — even though the browser login worked fine.
I fixed it by:
Checking the Security/Permissions of that GSID folder
Removing DENY and giving my user Full Control
Deleting the folder entirely
Relaunching Archicad/LMT — it recreated the folder correctly and sign-in worked immediately.
This was the missing piece for me when hosts, firewall, and network were all fine. Hope this helps others!
Cheers!
