License Manager Tool cannot connect to server after Windows 11 upgrade

Please help. Since I upgraded to Windows 11, my License Manager Tool does not work. It says that it cannot connect to the server.

 

How do I rectify this?

I would guess that the Windows 11 firewall is blocking the connection.  Try temporarily disabling the firewall and try again?
