I have a license for archicad22 . I applied for a license of archicad28, but I have an archicad22 on my computer, please help me for a licence of archicad22.

Is this just a typo?

You already have a license for 22 and you have 22 software on your machine?

But you want a license for 28?

Do you mean a student (educational) license?

If so how long ago did you apply?

Have you tried following the link to the support site on MyArchicad web page?

My office is in the Iran University of  Art and the office name is " Padideh Neshan Paya Energy Engineering Co"

So you have gone to the MyArchicad website and applied for a 28 Educational license?

And you are using you University e-mail address?

If it has been more than a few business days, there is a link on the MyArchicad website that will take you to a support page.
