Building Materials

Two questions.
1. I am trying to add Building Materials to my >Options >Attributes. I can't seem to pull it together. I can see how to bring other Attributes in thru the Work Environment >Toobars>Options, etc.
Can someone give me a quick path to getting it into Options?
My friend has AC19 and I see it in his Options but it has always been missing in mine.

2. Is there a way to map you preferences for materials and preferences in windows and doors etc.? I typically use the same material setup and trim size etc. and I waste a lot of time always adjusting these.
Favorites are great but I think there is a simpler way than always making favorites.
I want my windows to always have 4" trim inside and out unless I say so.
I always want my double doors to be equal in size. But I always have to go and change the silly percent or size button. Equal size should just be default instead of unequal the moment you change the door size from 5' to 6' feet.
Can anyone help me with standardizing these things?

Thank you so much in advance!

I'm working in AC19.

Go to Work Environment > Command Layout Schemes > Menus. In the right panel navigate to the Attributes submenu, then select the Building Materials... command in the center panel and drag it to the right panel. Then select Command Layout Schemes in the left panel and Store As.. this set up and make it part of your Default Work Environment. For more information see in the Help Files: User Interface Reference > Dialog Boxes > Work Environment Dialog Box.
