How would you guys d this?
I have a CMU wall that will have an corrugated-insulated Panel installed on a CMU WALL.
the corrugated panels are created from a BEAM
I create the wall with a CMU wall that has rigid insulation as a part of its compound wall type an then another metal panel
I will place flashing on the corners
The section looks great but here is where I fail.
I wish this was a solid wall type so that doors and windows - opening as the such would work.
ADVICE IS APPRECIATED
Operating system used: Windows 28

Hi,
Did you try to use wall accessories? Maybe you can find something close to the corrugated profile that you need.
If not, you can always try it with curtain wall and define a new profile that way.

Did not help.. So far I am using the beam tool. and have to morph to rotate the panel. But then if the client changes the profile as there are a dozens+ profiles from the vendor. If the profile is changed all panels must be rebuilt.

It does not appear wall accessories is available in 28 or I can't find it and no tech support anymore from GS.

My mistake as I have not added all the addons and update to 28
This is something we don't have to do with Revit or Microstation

My suggestion to Graphisoft is not to replace support with the bog. At the same time support your users in the blog. Lucky we have people like Cosmin. Graphisoft needs to monitor more closely and help but also see the issues so they can be handled before the need not after.
WE should not be the main support area from Graphisoft. MAYBE Graphisoft should do two things.
Compile the questions and answers here and make answers show up with AI to their questions. Then they can use AI to categorize them and GS staff can place and AI window in the next version or more easily in a web page or this blog to help provide the answers. Right now I have to use Youtube and not all questions are answered there or can sometimes the answer is there but hidden in a youtube video

I would just create surfaces.
The fill (hatch) is what you will see in the elevations - you may need to create those as well to suit the pattern you want.
The image file (texture) is what you will see in 3D (note if you do renders, you will also need to make the Cinerender surface material settings correct).
Then you can associate that surface to a building material and create walls using those building materials.

I am using the same method as Barry mentioned for large projects (it is way easier) from a polygon-count point of view. And it gets the job done and you can easily re-center the joints between panels or make them match a 2D vectorial hatch (for elevations for example).
Only downside would be that in section you cannot see the actual profile of the walls, but this can get easily tackled in detailing by drawing them "manually" in 2D.
