Intersection of beams of the same complex profile, but different offset modifiers

Hello, everyone!

I am having issues with beams and I am wondering whether my approach to solving this is proper. Floor plan and 3D are lacking and all the solutions seem like workarounds.

This is floor plan. I have a RC beam which is insulated from both sides. The model of the beam is actually split in two so at least the RC part is correct (normal rectangular beam) but the cladding gives me problems. When you have walls with different skins, they connect per material, not per geometry. As you can see, The beams here try to connect by geometry and not by material.

This is the section of said beam:

In this direction, the reinforced concrete part is 25 cm thick, and perpendicular to it it's 20 cm thick. This gives the improper geometrical connection when the intersection of the beams wants to cut materials at non-parallel angles.

When you intersect different walls, their materials interact at parallel angles.

What can I do to improve this? Should abandon beams and model this as walls? It is so counterintuitive, but, there are many things that simply must be done in a counterintuitive way...

Thank you all in advance!
