MODELLING PROBLEM

I will appreciate if anyone can help with some advise on a problem I'm having with modelling a roof structure.

I attach a sketch of the item in section/elevation.

It consists of a RC slab, angled at 20 deg, tapering to the outside edge.

The slab has some cutout openings in places for architectural reasons.
I would have created a library part by using a slab in plan, rotate, view in isometric from top, save as library part etc., except I cannot then do the cutouts, a significant item that I want to be able to view on the model.

Another way I thought to do it would be to construct the item using a roof plane with the maximum thickness of the element and angled to the underside (20deg), duplicate another and adjust to the angle of the top plane (15deg), adjust vertically to an appropriate dimension and do a solid element operation to achieve the tapering effect. All this works fine, except that when doing the cutouts, the SEO function does not work any more. So I ended up with 2 roofplanes at different angles, with required cutouts in plan, but then I have to create a "filler piece" from a slab as end covers and as these are cut away as 45 deg in plan, it's a time-consuming process of trial and error.
It also seems very laborious, and I'm sure there must be a simpler workaround to achieving this aim.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated?

Is there a reason why you cannot use a mesh, with the bottom sliced off by a convenient roof?

Get AC10 and use complex profiles

Djordje's way sounds good otherwise.

Holes are the reason why I suggested meshes ...

In some areas where the edges of the holes are sloped, I used SEO.
You are right, 2d is a mess. Solved that by using a 2d element on plan view, & detail section drawing with correct dim's.
Thanks for input
