License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. It's all about absolute or relative co-ordinates.
I find it is best to use relative co-ordinates.

This is the old co-ordinate palette which you use if you are not using the tracker.
You have X & Y co-ordinates or polar cordinates (distance and angle).

Because you are placing your wall by distance and angle you want the delta button nect to the angle and distance pushed in.

Then all angles and distances will be relative to the point you click on the screen rather than the user origin.

thanks i face problem that while i am holding shift key trying to snap or match end point with another endpoint the line is deviated instead of going vertically all of these while i am holding shift key so here i suppose that line going along guideline but here is not what is the problem of that ?

It seems that when you are drawing a continuous line and the last segment is a curve then holding the shift button to constrain the angle of the next line makes it constrain from the centre point of the last arc.
I just checked and it happens in version 14 as well as 15.

I can't see a way around it except for adding your own guidelines from the point you want to lock to.
