How to personalize your notification settings in your Graphisoft Community profile

Do you want to stay updated without getting too many emails? In your Community profile, you can easily choose how and when to receive notifications.  Whether you prefer instant updates or a weekly summary, here's how to set it up.

Step 1: access Notification settings

Click in your profile icon in the top right corner and select "My settings" from the drop down menu. Once inside your settings, navigate to the "Subscriptions & Notifications" tab. Then select "Notifications" from the left-hand menu. This is where you can control exactly what type of notifications you receive and how often.

Step 2: choose your notification preferences

under "General Settings", you'll find several options:

• Immediately - receive notifications as soon as someone replies to your post or mentions you. Tip: use this setting to be notified right away about questions you are awaiting an answer to.
• Daily Digest - get one email per day summarizing activity related to your subscriptions. Tip: use this to be notified about replies to content you are following but have not started yourself.
• Weekly Digest - receive a weekly summary email of all relevant notifications. Tip: this is most suitable for non-urgent pieces of information like kudos received or badges earned. 

You can also manage how you are notified:

• Push notifications
• Email notifications
• Real-time pop-up notifications
• Mobile notifications

Additional options include:

• Automatically subscribing to all topics or reviews you participate in
• Subscribing to all group huns you join
• Choosing whether to be notified when you post, reply or comment

Don't forget to click "Save" button after updating your settings.

Step 3: manage subscriptions

In this section, you can also organize your subscriptions to stay informed about the topics that matter most to you. For example, you might want to:

• Subscribe to feature requests or ideas to track progress and updates
• Follow specific labels or categories to receive notifications about relevant announcements, discussions or content.

By taking a few minutes to adjust your settings, you can make sure you are getting the right information at the right time.
