Hi All,
this is my second post on this topic. thought i would repost as i finally found a schedule i would like mine to resemble. only problem this was done in revite haha would anyone know how to produce a similar style schedule in Archicad 28?
A more dedicated way to do wall schedules needs to be added to archicad (or if there is a way, i have completely missed it)
the method I currently employ is below:
it does the job but building materials tender to mix up for complex profile walls while composite walls have them in the order of the layers of the composite.
mostly looking for thoughts and recommendations for improvements or a way to have a similar outcome like the Revit style above. I'm always looking for improvements in the way i document and schedule items.
Thanks

Hi @AS_2024, Apart from drawing it manually or representing it on a worksheet, I can’t think of another automated method but others here might be able to do so.
Besides I like the schedule layout much better in Archicad. If someone cannot read a detail or cross section that you have produced in Archicad, why would you need it in Revit format ? I know lots of building companies use Revit and prefer that first.
Standard wall composites should be common knowledge to most builders but when you have a custom type, I would use a detailed cross section of the wall as well as schedule if needed as you have shown above.

Hi @mthd, I might just have to keep the schedule version as i want to avoid manual input of data such as in a worksheet or custom text. We tend to have a wide variety of projects from residential to large scale commercial so at times have numerous customized walls for 1 job.
I am thinking I will work on adjusting my materials and the representations of them (colours, line weights, fills etc) improve their presentation both on schedule and plan. Then clean their material names better. appreciate your feedback.

Thanks, I was also wondering if keynotes or automatic labeling might help in this instance ? I haven’t had time to set them up for myself but it is certainly good for all of us to learn how to automate the process in anyway we can. Let’s see what suggestions others may offer here for us ?
