ARCHICAD or License Manager Tool: Sign in window is empty

When trying to sing in to ARCHICAD or to License Manager Tool with GRAPHISOFT ID, the pop-up window is blank:



The Sign-in windows of ARCHICAD and License Manager Tool are powered by Internet Explorer, which should be able to use cookies in order to open it. If the cookies are disabled in the Internet Explorer Settings, the ARCHICAD and LMT Sign-in windows are blank. The most likely reason for this is that an other software changed the cookie settings of the Internet Explorer.


In the Internet Explorer, navigate to Tools > Internet Options menu (if the menu is not visible, press Alt), and choose the Security tab. If it is set to 'High' or 'Higher' level, the Sign-in dialogue of License Manager Tool does not work. To solve this issue the quickest, Reset all zones to default level.


If it does not help, or computer restart sets the cookie settings back, an antivirus software is in the background, that may force Internet Explorer to make its privacy settings more strict.
