ARCHICAD 24 - error (code 1038)

Hello!
Please tell me, what could be the reason for the error when activating the license (code 1038)?

I had something similar but with a different code (1015).
Contact your local Graphisoft support and they will be able to tell you what to do.

As the error message indicates, the Authentication key was wrong. Please make sure that all characters have been typed in the correct format. If the error persists, as Barry mentioned, please contact your local support.

Good morning, I also get the error Code: 1038, I entered the number of the protection key with the correct characters, but it does not accept the code. I am switching from Archicad 13 to Archicad 20. Can you help me? It's urgent. Thank you.

 

Probably best to contact your local Archicad support people - although it is probably not a very good time of year to get a reply.
