ARCHICAD 24 - error (code 1038)

Please tell me, what could be the reason for the error when activating the license (code 1038)?

I had something similar but with a different code (1015).
Contact your local Graphisoft support and they will be able to tell you what to do.

As the error message indicates, the Authentication key was wrong. Please make sure that all characters have been typed in the correct format. If the error persists, as Barry mentioned, please contact your local support.
