A hardware key that needs to be somehow linked to a license I bought ~4 months ago has been waiting for that activation for quite some time now. By this time I am in a really tight spot, a project a few people have been working on for some time will not be without that key. I am guessing because of holidays dealer is having a hard time getting a response.
the "chain of command" for things like this are 1) local reseller 2) local tech support (GSNA for me). Any issues with license activation is best resolved outside GSHQ, since it isn't a development issue... at least thats my understanding. The holiday definitely gets in the way of everyones productivity and response time
