ArchiCAD 16 Freezes

Anyone else experiencing 5 - 10 minute lockups during a send / Receive operation? We recently upgraded from 15 to 16, and are experiencing random lockups and freezes on various teamwork files during the send/receive operation.

It's weird. I am not seeing a ton of network or cpu activity, but the RAM is being utilized near 75% by ArchiCAD. BTW These machines have 8 GB of RAM.
