Thank you for the report and I am very sorry about the issue!
This is something that we never heard of! Sometimes, the program could freeze at tools' settings rather than Work Environment. Could you make a small video of the issue? Also, I would like to have the following logs:
- FastLogger files
: open Archicad, reproduce the issue. Close all Archicad instances, then collect the logs from their location.
- Dump file: while Archicad freezes at Work Environment, please open Task Manager, navigate to Details tab, right-click ARCHICAD.exe process, then choose
"Create dump file"
Once you are done, please let me know so that I can share with you a link to securely upload these logs.
