Archicad 20 BIMserver 6022/Archicad 20 6005 Update

We just updated to the AC20 Bimserver 6022 and 6005 update and we are having freezing problems on local and teamwork files on all our computers. Is anyone else having these freezing issues?

We are on windows computers.

we are sorry to hear about these troubles. We are only aware of one issue that might cause similar troubles on the teamwork side. That one is related to the App Nap feature on Mac (http://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/?p=74003) - as you guys are on Windows this might be something else.

One other idea that comes in my mind is Anti Virus software. They might give a false alert for some of our files. Try to disable the AV for a short test - disable the Internet connection to stay on the safe side. If this resolves the situation add the GRAPHISOFT folder under Program File to the exclusion list. Also add these folders as well:
- <user home>\GRAPHISOFT\TW Data
- <user home>\GRAPHISOFT\ArchiCAD-64 Log Folder

Thanks for the reply Marton.

We worked with one of your graphisoft technicians and it turned out to be a codemeter issue on the server. The graphisoft technician switched the codemeter instance to another computer and that seemed to fix the freezing problem until we can fix the codemeter on the server. So temporary, all our archicads' are pulling their licenses from that computer instead of the server now. We are still following up this week with the techs to to get a permanent fix.
