We are the administrator of all Studioninedots licenses and there is a user with a license problem.
The users has an Archicad 26 Dutch Commercial Single License and uses Archicad 25.
The user is working on a Mac Studio. Every time he reboot his system and start Archicad he get the following message (No valid software key found for this user). He must then start the license manger tool and and then he gets the option upload and repair key. After that Archicad works again. Is there any way how we can solve this problem?
