BIMcloud As a service

Hi Everyone,

 

We have BIMcloud as a Service licence subscription.

 

When I try to enter our BIMcloud as a Service account it gives this error. Error-messages.903

 

I couldn't login our BIMcloud as a service account. What is the reason of this error & how can we solve it?

We pay for the service and couldn't use it. 

 

This is something urgent to be solved!

i think its because Graphisoft had a update 5 and 6 november european time. on the saas.

i read that somewhere.

Hello,

The issue has been solved. The reason we get error 903 is, the BIMcloud As a service license is set up as "Bring your own license."

The Graphisoft team helped to solve our problem very quickly. Thank you very much.
