Blank Screen when using Pan Tool (Mac, AC21)

For as long as I can remember, my drawing space goes blank whenever I'm moving around using the Pan tool. It happens in Worksheets, Views, all of it. The moment I discontinue use of the Pan tool, I can see things again. It happens across all projects.

System is: 27" iMac 5K, 4.2 GHz i7 16 GB RAM, 4 GB Radeon Pro. MacOS 10.13.4.

Is it anything to do with the Advanced Redraw Option in the Work Environment?
If not then I would make sure your video drivers are up to date.
