Can't Apply Profile (HELP!)

Just updated from a PowerPC Mac to an Intel Mac.

I'm still using AC 10.

I've imported my profile but AC won't apply the settings.

Is this a known problem? Any work arounds? I really don't want to recreate all my shortcuts etc etc.
