So are you saying you can't log in, because graphisoft.com won't even open in your browser? What error message do you get?
I know you checked firewalls and all, but I still think it must be a connection issue (as the sites are actually up and running). Have you tried taking the computer out of office and connecting it to an independent network? If it is a desktop computer, you can try using your phone as a mobile hotspot to act as a different network connection.
