Hi,

I am trying to connect my Graphisoft ID with my License.

when I open the 'Licence Information' in the help tab -  Connect GRAPHISOFT ID with License icon is greyed out (I can't select it)

can anyone help me with this or explain why my license is set up this way.

Thank you,

Sam

Ah, I see.

As I say, I don't know anything about software licenses.

If you are part of a company, is your GS ID associated with that company.

If you go to the Graphisoft ID  web site ... https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/#/login

Log in and go to the personal details page and see if you have a company name.

If not you might have to get your company admin person to send you an invite to join the company.

I think it is also possible for you to request to join the company, but it is easier if the admin person sends you an invite.

Maybe no company association is why you can't link the license.

If that is not it I am out of ideas.

Not that I know the answer, but what sort of license do you have?

Software, USB key, network?

Im pretty sure it is a software license

It might be because you have a software license, and they can be used by many people if they are part of a company pool.

I don't really know as I don't have software licenses.

However I don't think you need to connect a license to your GS ID.

It shouldn't affect you using Archicad at all.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you have a reason to do so.

Hi Barry,

I was able to get this sorted, I needed to be added to our company pool.

Thanks for your help.
