My videos are coming out with a black screen, nothing is showing. what could be the problem and how do i fix it?

I would be guessing that you are a Windows user with a hi-res screen and you have scaled your display so it doesn't all look so tiny.

You really should add you Archicad version, operating system and machine specs so your signature or at least mention them in your past as this can affect the answer you get.
