How do I transfer Archicad 18 to a new computer. The version I have comes with a dongle.

You don't transfer it.
You will need to install it.
Do you have the original installation disks?

If not try this link ... https://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/archicad/install/AC18/AUS/

Just change the AUS to USA or INT or the language version that you need.
