Rita:
I had an HP130nr, but traded it in for an HP 110 plus nr. Both worked fine with OS 10.3.6. I’d recommend the HP110 plus nr.
The 130 is geared more for users who print a lot of photos/color graphics. It uses dye ink, which is not compatible with T-bond or Vellum papers. (I still blueprint my plots).
The 110 + looks identical, uses a pigmented black ink and only has three colors (the 130 has five, plus black). The 110 was a bit cheaper too. Use the money you save to buy a stand.
The only issue I had was a missing Mac driver disk but I download it from HP’s site.
I’m now using OS 10.3.7 (connected via Ethernet cable) with no problems.
Good luck,
Marc
