What is your operating system?
And which version of ARCHICAD are you trying to install?
From that image it seems to me this could be Windows XP?

Dear Lasz,

I am using window 7 ( i have installed Archicad - Win7 on my laptop and it worked)

I was trying to install Archicad 20-INT and 21-INT but received the sample trouble.

Here are my PC detail and Bug reporter notification.

Thanks.

I think if the program installed properly, then the cause is that some other program is preventing ARCHICAD from properly running.
This could be some program that was installed as part of the operating system, or some other utility.
For example, an anti-virus program, or a data protection program. At one time I had a data security program pre-installed on newly asquired laptop and ARCHICAD did nit run, although it installed correctly. It turned out it had a pre-installed data protection program which prevented ARCHICAD from writing data into its own application folder within the Program File folder, therefore ARCHICAD could not even start.

I would try to look for causes along these lines. You may also try starting Windows in Safe Mode where much less programs are installed, see if ARCHICAD starts then. If it does, then some program running when Windows is started normally is preventing ARCHICAD from operating correctly.
