Interactive schedule add-on terminated

I am getting this schedule add-on terminated error message. I can fix it by going into repair mode, but I have to idea how to get to repair more. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is an article about Repairing the Archicad installation (I guess this is what you are talking about).
You will basically have to reinstall Archicad (details in the article).
The article is a few years old but I think it is still applicable:

Thanks - I saw that, just not sure where the Archicad installer is or how to run it.

How did you get Archicad?
Did you download it? Did it come on a DVD?
You should have a copy of the installation package on your computer.

It is also possible to download it from GRAPHISOFT. For example, the AC23 INT package can be downloaded from here:

I'm wondering if you could let us know the result of the repairing process? Does it help with the issue?

Initially, Archicad 23 was mentioned, but in your latest post, it was about Archicad 24. I'm wondering if the problem happens on both versions? Could you share with us some screenshots to understand exactly what happened with the Schedule add-on?
