Keys not showing in license manager tool

My license keys do not show up in my license manager tool but are showing when I log into my Graphisoft account online. 
Refreshing does not help.

I had exactly the same issue 15 days ago, I decided to call technical support and they reset my license key then I was told to download a new one, my word of advice is to call them. Time is gold.
