Licence allocated to PC but not able to upload licence.

Hi all.

I´m having a problem with a license. I have a license that shows on the License Pool as being use by a certain pc, but when I try to upload that license it does no exist on that PC.

Is it possible to "kick" that PC from the License Pool, so the licence is available again?

You will need to talk to your local distributor to have them put that license back in your pool and un-allocate it from that PC.

Hi.

Do you mean the account manager of the licenses of my company or the company that is providing the licenses to the company?

The Graphisoft distributor your company bought the licenses from.

If you have access to the said PC but the license is not being used by it (i.e. you can't return it), then the only people that can release it back to your pool is Graphisoft.
