One of my teammate is having this issue, after a restart she was not able to get ArchiCAD license manager recognize the soft key on her system. Attached is what the license manager is showing up on her Windows 10 PC, any help is greatly appreciated.
She can login to https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/ and we did install the latest License manager
