My subscription license does not work for Archicad 25

I have a yearly renewing subscription to Archicad.

I downloaded the new version: 25.

I can download a licence for 24 and it works fine.

But when running 25 I get a message "your license has expired"

When I click on "Start the license Manager Tool" I get a message: "Your license update was unsuccessful"

I have no option to update the license as the help says there should be.

What do I do?

Hi Narska,
I had the same issue when I first downloaded and tried to run it. I phoned support and the guy I spoke to said the licenses hadn't been pushed out yet but should be shortly. Mine now works OK. I would phone them if it doesn't work by Monday.

Cheers,
Gerald

I have a similar issue with a perpetual hardware license with SSA.

AC25 is out, but the License Manager tells me my key is up to date - for AC24.

It's really annoying not having these in sync - why can't we just have the licenses updated prior the release?!

Some language versions of Archicad are released a little later than the INT, USA and other English language versions.
How long after or why this is so I can not say.

As you have the INT language version I would have thought you would be able to upgrade by now.
Probably best that you contact your local Archicad support people to find out what is going on - that is what you are paying the SSA for after all.
