When I make a pdf file from Plotmaker most of the hatch pattern come out solid fill. If anyone know how to solve this easily I appreciate it.

Do you have a "Print all black" option ticked when you print the PDF?
If so try turning it off.

Which are the display and output settings for hatches? Bitmap pattern/ solid or vectorial etc?
If bitmap pattern, you could have some trouble. Eg. all the transparent colours (with pen nr. 0) get green during printing pdfs. Set it vectorial, it should work.
