Problem installing my ArchiCAD 17

Hi,

I am Elvin. Currently study in UK. I cannot install my ArchiCAD 17.
Im using Asus N56VZ which operated Windows 8.1.
At first when i install my ArchiCAD, it will stop at the page in attachment 1.jpg .

I try to click next but still in the same page.
Then I let my PC open the whole night (approximate 8 hours), but still nothing happens.
So, I restart my PC and install again, this time it can install but stop at 1%.
It show successfully install but I open C:/Program Files/Graphicsoft, inside only got a log file which is a txt log file.

You say that you look in C:\Program Files\Graphisoft ... but your screenshot shows a customized installation to not install there, but rather to C:\ArchiCAD 17

What's inside your C:\ArchiCAD 17 folder? What happens if you let the installation go to the default location (which you wrote): C:\Program Files\Graphisoft ?

Did you suspend your antivirus software during the installation?
