Problem with 3D view

Hi! A few day ago I bought a new laptop ( Dell latitude E6540). Mostly its work normal. Sometimes I have got some kind of problem in 3D view. ( picture bellow ). I work in Archicad 20. Does somebody know how to solve it ? Thanks a lot for response.

Are you modelling a long way from the project origin?

Sorry, I mean the distance that you are modelling from the Project Origin.
It is a small black cross in the plan view.
Not to be confused with the User Origin that you can place anywhere.
The Project Origin is fixed.
If you are modelling a long way from this origin then this has been known to cause problems.

Ok, thanks for advice. But unfortunately it´s not solve my problem, still the same. 😕 I was wondering, if it is software or hardware problem.. It´s there any possibility that the archicad is not compatible with my grafic card ?
