Hi - as the title suggests I'm having problems with the arial font in ArchiCAD since upgrading to snow leopard. If I type something in other fonts, it shows up fine. If I change the text to Arial font, it disappears.
This problem has occurred in both ArchiCAD 11 and 13. (I noticed it first in 11, then tried on another machine which had 13 - same issue)
The upshot of this is that I can't use the "Show Area Text" feature. Because the default is set to arial (I guess), and without being able to select it to change the default, it can never work. (it doesn't seem affected by changing the ordinary type settings' default, or any of the stuff in work environment) The problem is, you can't see it in the first place to change it's (default) font.
I even tried deactivating arial from fontbook. No luck.
Any suggestions? Hotfix?
