Shortcuts don't work if Cyrillic language is active

Hello!
There is this an annoying problem that started with ArchiCad 19 or 20 - if Cyrillic language is active when opening ArchiCad file the shortcuts don't work. The solution is changing the language to English and restarting ArchiCad or applying new (or the same) Scheme from Work Environment.

After restarting (or applying new Scheme) the shortcuts work even if Cyrillic language is active - so the problem is just when opening/starting ArchiCad.

Is there a fix? Thank you!

Do you mean Russian language? I'm not sure that there is Cyrillic language exists.

Is this problem on Windows? I use Russian language quite often, but on Mac all works fine - just I need to change language back to English then shortcuts are working. No restart needed.
