Send the bug report off and take note of the number.
Then contact your local support and mention that bug number to see if they can help you.
In the mean time does this happen when you try to start the program or when you actually try to open a file?
If it is just when starting the program then I would try re-installing.
If it is when you try to open a file then try a different one or the default template.
