Strange chequered pattern in my 3 D window views

Anonymous
Not applicable
I am a lecturer in college in Auckland New Zealand and use Archicad extensively across two courses. Students have sometimes generated 3D views of their projects and some elements show up with a strange Purple and Black chequered pattern on their surface.
Students can quite often press buttons and inadvertently change default settings but I am struggling to track this issue down and wondered if anyone else had encountered a similar problem. If so , can I pease be advised of the work around? We are running Archicad 22 on both local install machines and in a VDI environment.
Thanks in advance for any help.

All it is, is the textures (jpg images) used in the surface materials are missing from the loaded libraries.
Load the library that contains these textures and all will be fine.
