Strange hotspot stretching in 24

Is it just me or are others seeing this as well?

Place the 'Sink Belfast 24' object close to the project origin.
View in 3D, select it and try to stretch the front left hotspot.

Normally I would drag the cursor close to the hotspot.
But now I have to move some distance away to control it properly.
Depending on the rotation in 3D, the direction and distance I have to move the cursor away from th object can change.

I have attached a short (zipped) movie of the problem as well.

I have tried the same in 23 and it works as expected.
I have also tried an old Beta version of 24 that did not have the MEP license included and that was fine too.
That make me wonder if it has something to do with the now included MEP add-on - don't ask me why - just a hunch.
Having said that, the MEP connections in this object are OFF and the 'Object MEP Connection' in the Work Environment is also OFF.

It does not happen for all hotspots.
For example the ones to stretch the bottom height work fine and so do the rear corners that stretch both the width and depth at the same time.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Is there a setting somewhere I have changed without realising it?

It looks like you have your "Delta" unchecked on your coordinate XY toolbox.

Well spotted - thank you Braza.

I usually have those deltas on at all times and never touch them.
Must have accidentally turned it off without realising.

Embarrasing as it is I ill leave the post here so others may benefit.

I wouldn't have expected the Delta settings to have an impact. I have however experienced some strange stretching behaviour in 4000 UKI with CP beams in 3D that don't seem dissimilar to the screen shot. A small movement to make an adjustment sends the projected end of the beam shooting off the edge of the screen. Once a suitable node or measurement is applied the beam is as expected. Unfortunately this sometimes means now having to zoom in to connect to a suitable point. It feels like the screen "scale" and original reference point have become irrelevant whilst the program hunts around for a new connection.

This may not be related to your issue but do you have the MEP Routing dialogue open?
I am getting strange behaviour when this is open.
My snap guides disappear and it makes stretching awkward.
That is why I suspected MEP in my earlier posts.
But I have just discovered it is only in my template file (carried over from older versions).
When I open a default Graphisoft template the problem does not seem to exist.

Thanks for the clarification Barry. No I'm not using MEP for my current work, but the jobs where I am seeing this are legacy projects. I need to look into it, but thankfully I'm busy just now and its not a show stopper.
