The ARCHICAD 13 closes while saving \ opening the file

Good afternoon. The ARCHICAD closes when you try to save the project or open it. It jumps out the save path selection window for a split second and everything, without errors, simply closes.
I thought the problem with the rights, I put it on a new computer, the account with admin rights, still flies.
Tell me, please, what could be the problem.

Archicad 13 is very old now.
Is it because you are trying to run it in a new operating system in which 13 was not designed to run?
Maybe tell us your machine and OS specs.

Unfortunately, this is the only licensed version we have to use.
Specification:
OS Windows 7 Pro
CPU-Xeon e5-2643
gpu - quadro 4000
Also, it makes a bug report, and creates a file in the folder with the user. Can you send it and see what's wrong?

I am sure I was running 13 on Windows 7 so I don't think that is your issue.
The oldest version I have installed is 15 and that is running on Windows 10.

If you are getting a bug report then it is more likely just a problem with that particular file.
Unfortunately 13 is so old it is no longer supported by Graphisoft.
You can try sending the bug report (take not of the report number) and then contact your local distributor - but I am not sure how far you will get.

Can you open other files with no problem?
If so then you could try opening a blank file (the template that was used for the bad file would be better if you have one).
Then try to MERGE the bad file in (FILE menu > FILE SPECIAL > MERGE).
If it works you will have the plan and model - you will need to re-do any annotation in elevations and setup layout pages again.

Or do you have a BPN file - if so can you open that?

I think the problem is not in the file.
After starting, he suggests I choose: create a project or open a project.
As soon as I press the "Find" button (the file path selection) it is immediately closed.
I do not even have time to choose a project.
I thought the problem with the key, but in the demo mode the same thing happens.

What happens if you choose to create an new file based on the default Archicad template?
There will be no browsing for a file if you do this.

Or can you double click on an existing PLN file in your Windows Explorer to open it?

AC13 definitely works fine on Win7.

As Barry suggested, what happens if you try to save a new blank file?

If the same thing happens, it could be a problem with the installation. Consider reinstalling ARCHICAD with your antivirus turned off.

I can create a new project with a standard template.
But as soon as I press the save button, it closes
The "save as" button does the same as clicking on it, closes.

I would try re-installing as Vistap has suggested.
No guarantee that it will work but I am not sure what else you can try.
