Yes！ I import a profile maded by ac23 into my ac24, but I switch back to default profile, It still the same. And it is strange that the profile import is OK on my laptop, same version same profile. The desktop pc has this problem.
Also, I reinstalled the AC. The problem is still there. 😞
Also check that your video drivers are up to date and that you are not using a built-in graphics card.
A dedicated graphics card is recommended for Archicad.
