Upgraded IE now cannot edit existing text

Has anyone else experienced issues after upgrading IE? I upgraded to IE 7 (from 6) and now I cannot edit any of my existing text. I have to erase it and retype if I need to change anything. I tried uninstalling and using Firefox, but seems like once it is broken it won't fix itself without reinstalling ArchiCAD.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I think you should not have problems with IE7.
I have Vista, IE7 and AC12, all running smoothly together, no problems.

The difference might be that she is on XP and you are on Vista ...

Can you uninstall IE7? And why did you do that?

You haven't just pressed the "Insert" key on you keyboard?
That will affect whether you insert or replace text as you type.
