Yes. It works fine for me anyway. I assume it is running in some sort of 32bit emulation or such. It might slow things down but I haven't noticed.

Thanks Matt, I could not find any specs on the Archicad website with definite proof of 64 bit compatability. I am upgrading by operating system and need to know for sure.
