ArchiCAD crash while saving down

I'm operating ArchiCAD 17 and trying to save a file down to v15. Every time I go to save to a v16 .pln ArchiCAD crashes. The file is a TW project and it crashes both trying directly to a 16 .pln and saving to 17.pln first and then trying to save down...

Software shutdown issue

Hi, my Archicad 16 will not shut down properly. The file that im working on at the time will close but the actual software will not close unless I "force" it to by clicking on the red cross a few times!! Any help would be great, Cheers.
